30 Day Blog Challenge: day 9

day 9
a picture of your friends

The TSFs {true sistas fo'eva}.  Beth, Case, & Em have been like sisters to me since freshman year of college.  Can't even tell you how these girls have pulled me together when I was falling apart, rejoiced with me, encouraged me, & made me laugh until I cried.  Love them more than words can say.

McKinlie is proud to wear the title of my youngest friend...she's like my little sister.  After ASP this year, we just sort of became inseparable.  She is not like most 15-year-olds...she is wise beyond her years & challenges everyone around her everyday.

Cait is my old roommate (as are Beth, Case, & Em...but Cait is more recent & still stuck in my head as that).  Cait & I went through a lot of rough times together & became great encouragers.  She knows me better than most & often I feel like she lives in my head (Is that creepy?  That's creepy.  But it's really not in real life.).

Brandi started out as my Little...I didn't even meet her until I was introducing myself as her Big (one of the scariest moments of my life).  I had no idea at that moment when I pinned her new member badge on her that I was looking right at someone who would become one of my best friends.

Chloe is my summer missionary friend.  We worked together at the same site in San Antonio.  She's the only one who understands my love for those kids.

My other summer missionary friends: Abby & Em .  Also pretty inseparable that summer.  Em took care of us all & Abby, well...she bought me a Sonic strawberry limeade when we had to say bye to the kids for the last time & I was crying uncontrollably.  They know a piece of my heart. :)

Amy Kelley.  She has to be referred to by both names.  Not really sure why...she's just always been Amy Kelley.  We first became friends because I lived on the cool hall freshman year...B100.  Her hall was not so cool, so she always came over to hang out with Beth, Case, & I.  Then when became sisters, sat next to each other in chapter, were in the same Bible study for 2 years, & the rest is history.  Just love that girl.  Plus she gave me my lovely cat.  :)

And last but not least, the rest of my Lambda Family.  Every single person in this picture, I didn't know when I went *back* to North Georgia a few years ago.  Every person I knew from "round 1" graduated before I did, & these girls became my support system.  Love them all so much.
