First time I've ever made a pumpkin roll. Huge hit. And SO much easier than I thought [used this recipe]. And I will now be making them all the time.

My mom's brother has 6 kids. All boys. Coleman is the youngest. It was my goal this weekend to make him like me. Or at least speak to me. I at least achieved the latter.
Brother & boy cousin #2, McKinlie's future husband...as soon as I get them both to agree to this arranged marriage...& age them at least 6 or 7 years.
