Miscellany Monday

A very late miscellany Monday today...I wasn't in blog mode last night (to schedule it, like I usually do), or this morning.

one. I love that I'm so close to Atlanta now.  Not that it's really benefited me in any way...but I just like knowing it.  And driving through downtown when I go home.  :)

two.This weekend Seeley & Jeffrey got to be friends tolerating acquaintances.  But this is much better than the enemies that they used to be.  I think Seeley likes Jeffrey, but she gets on his nerves because she wants to follow him everywhere.  She's like a kid & a baby...no concept of personal space.  And Jeffrey happens to need a LOT of personal space.  But it's good to know now that whenever I go out of town, or need my parents to "cat-sit," it can happen without the cats having to be separated at all times.

three.Last night I had some pictures to hang up in my room.  Someone made it rather difficult.  Finally, she petered out & I could get something done.

four.Guess who took off work on Friday so that it wouldn't be a dumb idea for her to see the midnight showing of Harry Potter on Thursday night?  This girl.  Those vacation days don't roll over...I might as well use them!  :)  My brother is coming up on Thursday & I think we'll watch Part I & then go to the movie.  I think it very appropriate that my first midnight movie be with my brother & that it be the very last Harry Potter.  Sigh...  I'm going to need a lot of coffee because I can't stay awake for a movie in the middle of the day.

five. Remember how I used to take pictures with an actual camera & not on my phone?  Fear not.  I still have one (...or three...), & I promise I'll use it again.  But I haven't had much to photograph lately.  However, I have a wedding to go to this weekend & then a slumber party with Cait, so pictures will be plenty :)
