A Little List

A few things that I've learned about myself recently (in list form, of course, because I love lists & am a bit obsessive compulsive):

• I like to think metaphorically. It makes me feel wise. But also, it just makes more sense in my head for some reason.
• The more I try to feel/act like an outdoorsy person, the more outdoorsy I become.
• Each day I become more grateful for this beautiful creation, but moreso for its Creator.
• I think I like to take pictures because I can make them look the way they look through my eyes. I can edit them, brighten the colors, blur what's not important. I think that's kind of how God's relationship with us is. When I edit a picture, I know what it looked like originally. However, I see it the way it is once I finish. He knows of our flaws, but sees us through the eyes of love. He sees us way more beautiful than we actually are, simply because He created us.
• I really (I mean really) love when inspiration strikes.
• I think I have to do one craft activity per day. At least one.
• I think I'm part sociologist. I mean...I am a sociology minor, so that seems like it should make sense...but I really don't know that much about it. But, I feel like one because I think I'm really good at reading people. My best friends often tell me to get out of their heads because I usually know what they're thinking. But also, I like to analyze people. Not in a creepy way. I just like to observe.
