one. Yesterday morning I woke up to a text and an e-mail from my mom telling me about a certain birthday. So last night, I made a little hat in celebration. If you knew this guy, you wouldn't think I was crazy. And I am not, nor will I ever be, a cat lady, so don't even start with me.
two. To be fair, I should probably also show you the picture from about two seconds later. My mom seems to have a knack for catching me with awful faces like this...
three. Proof that I need a craft room. This is the corner of our living room. And it's been like this for a couple weeks. With no sign of change anytime soon.
four. Does anyone else have the issues I have? It's not physically possible for me to paint without having it all over me. And this is just my hand...I had black paint all up both arms. Really?

I need a craft room too. Our dining room always ends up a mess when I'm working on something artsy. Oh well...maybe one day we shall both have a room devoted to crafts. here's to dreaming of that day!
