fill-in-the-blank friday

1. My favorite thing about this week has been...lazy days...shopping & having read-athons in the pool.    

2. The weather this week has been...HOT.  Seriously.  My dog tried to get in the pool yesterday & she NEVER does that.  When I ran her some water in her "pool," she laid down with her head on her front paws completely in the water.

3. The last (interesting) item I received in the mail was...a great mixed CD from Cait.

4. The last movie I saw was...(on DVD) An Affair to Remember; (in theaters) How to Train Your Dragon.

5. If I could do anything I felt like today, I would...read ALL day long.

6. As a teenager I was...not as super cool as I am today.  Ok, that is sarcastic, but I do think I"m cooler now.  I like me now better than I liked me then :)

7. I wish I could trade lives for the day with...a) Laurie from my book, b) Ashley Baxter Blake or Bailey Flanigan from Karen books, c) Julia Roberts in Stepmom...I loved her job, or d) Jeffrey, my cat...he has a great life...all he does is sleep all day.
