identity theft

Jim: Last week I was in a drugstore & I saw these glasses for $4.  And it only cost me $7 to recreate the rest of the ensemble.  And that is a grand total of $11.
Dwight: You know what?  Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I thank you.
[& then my sweet Jim places a Dwight bobblehead on his desk.]
Dwight: Identity theft is not a joke, Jim!  Millions of families suffer every year!

Just had to put that :)

So, I'm experiencing my own form of identity theft.  Someone has stolen my whole life & put it here:

Lauren Holbrook = me.  She watches my favorite movies.  She talks about them like they're real life.  She loves coffee.  Especially peppermint mocha.  She's a photographer.  She makes up her own words.  She has a crazy love of words.

I could go on & on...
This character is so much like me.
To the point where it's a little scary.

I guess I have a very healthy self-esteem because I love her & this book.  I'm only about halfway through, but I can't wait to get to these:

The author, Erynn Mangum, is only a few years older than me & was about my age when she wrote the 1st one.  And she blogs(!)...find her here.

So fun & girly...great for reading by the pool :)
