So, I just realized that I never blogged about our snow day. Well...not really.
First off, you have to understand the importance of this particular snow day. I always love snow, but we've had a cold, rainy winter this year (at least for Georgia) & EVERYONE else is ready for spring. But I just needed ONE MORE Dahlonega snow.
Since my freshman year I've wanted to sled on the drill field. I don't just mean
I'd like to...
It'd be nice to...
I wouldn't mind...
I mean...on my bucket list (& that's serious business) kind of desire to go sledding on the drill field.
But every time it snowed, I wasn't here, or there wasn't enough, or something came up...whatever the reason, I'd never been able to & this winter was my last chance!
So while everyone else was praying for spring, I was praying for snow! And I got it! As soon as I woke up that morning & saw those beautiful white flakes, I made plans with Brandi for a sledding extravaganza!
Our campus is already beautiful, but especially in the snow! Just a perfect day & a perfect last snow in Dahlonega.
